For more years than I care to count, Kangaroo has been an important part of our annual 'pre-school leavers' celebration tradition. Only once did I panic, that we hadn't 'booked' by the spring term, they just laughed and said, 'Yeah, we knew, so we booked your usual for the last Tuesday of the summer term anyway' (phew!!) That's not just 'good service', that's 'family'! I can't rate them highly enough

"We used Kangaroo last year and they were our first choice again this year but unfortunately the bouncy castle we wanted was already booked. So we reluctantly booked with another company. Only for them to have forgotten about our booking and couldn't deliver ! With two hours to go until my son's party, I called Nicky to see if she had anything available - and I would have taken anything ! She helped so much and even though they were busy with other bookings, she was more than happy to help !
