1)      How do I book?

2)      How far in advance do I need to make a booking?

You can book anytime however we get very busy so please book early to ensure availability. Even if left until the day of the event, we may still have availability, so give us a ring.

3)      How much does it cost?

Please see the individual products for prices.

4)      What does the price include?

All bouncy castle booking prices include local delivery. A small charge is applicable for out of area hires. The price includes installation, inflation and collection of the device. We provide power cables, safety mats and a blower. If a client does not have access to mains power and wishes to use a generator, this must be sourced privately.

5)      How long can I hire the equipment for?

We are very flexible on hire times. You can have your delivery from as early as 8 am and collection up until 10.30 pm subject to availability of time slot. Overnight hire is available at an additional cost. Please contact us for details.

6)      Do I have to pay a deposit?

A deposit of £10 is requested when you receive your booking confirmation.

7)      How do I pay?

Please pay by cash or cheque on delivery. If paying by cheque, please make the cheque payable to Kangaroo.

8)      What should I do prior to the inflatable arriving?

Please ensure that the area where you wish to site the inflatable is clear from garden toys, patio furniture, etc. Please ensure the area is also clean and free from dog mess and rubbish.

9)      What will happen on the day of the hire?

We will arrive at your chosen venue at your requested time. We will discuss with you the best position for the inflatable to be set up. The unit will then be set up, safety checked and cleaned. The inflatable will take approximately 30 minutes to set up and 30 minutes to pack away. You will be asked to make payment and sign our Terms and Conditions if you haven’t done so already. We will run through safety regulations and operating guidelines for the unit. A folder with all relevant information and our contact details will be left with you. We will then return to collect the equipment at your specified time, where we will ensure the unit is free from damage and that your event has been incident free.
